Our Approach
We seek to provide tutoring and information with dignity, independence and equal opportunity. We will assess disability-related accommodation requests individually, up to undue hardship under applicable Ontario human rights law. Our obligations are not limited to the size-based website rules under the AODA.
Request Support or an Alternate Format
Contact our team through the Contact Us page or use the Contact page to describe the information or lesson activity you need help accessing and your preferred way to communicate. We will consult with you about a suitable format, communication support or lesson adjustment and explain the next steps. Please describe functional needs first; do not send medical records through the public form. Accessible formats and communication supports will be provided without an added accessibility charge where required.
Website and Online Lessons
The design includes labelled forms, keyboard controls, visible focus indicators, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and an animation pause control. This is not a WCAG conformance certification; a full accessibility audit has not been completed. Zoom and any teaching tools also need an individual accessibility assessment. We will discuss an alternative when a particular format or feature creates a barrier.
Feedback and Implementation
Tell us the page or activity, the barrier and how to reach you. We will review the concern, consult where needed and communicate a response and available alternatives in an accessible way. The proprietor must confirm employee count, applicable AODA duties, staff training, feedback procedures and any required written plan or compliance reports before launch. This statement does not replace those operational obligations.
